Board Meetings

The board meets at 6:00 p.m. on the last Tuesday of each month, January through November, in the Board Room at 801 North Hamilton Street in Williamston (unless otherwise notified). The dates are listed below.

 Getting Items on the Agenda

Citizens who wish to place an item on the agenda for board meetings must submit a written request to the superintendent by noon on the Thursday preceding the board meeting on Tuesday. The letter should state the purpose of the request, the name of the person who will address the board, and the telephone number of a contact person.

As a reminder, the established district procedure for a person desiring to be placed on the board agenda to speak is to hold a conference with the Superintendent prior to being placed on the agenda.
