Dr. JC Neel IV - Area 3

Dr. JC Neel grew up in Anderson School District One and graduated from Palmetto High School in 1997. While in high school, he earned a spot in the prestigious North-South All-Star Football Game. He then received a scholarship to play football for Wofford College, where he majored in Business Economics and Government, graduating in 2002. During his time at Wofford, Dr. Neel was selected All-Southern Conference for his outstanding performance on the field.

After college, Dr. Neel played arena football with the Carolina Rhinos before pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree at Sherman College, where he graduated in 2006.

In 2007, Dr. Neel opened Town Square Chiropractic, where he has proudly served the community ever since.

A passionate advocate for his community, Dr. Neel has been a member of the Belton Lions Club for over 15 years and was one of the founding members of the Belton Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the city's growth and development. He is deeply committed to giving back and fostering positive change in the area.

In 2009, Dr. Neel married his wife, Courtney, and together they chose to settle in the district where he grew up. They are proud parents of two children, Cal and Preslee, who attend Powdersville Schools.
