Meet Mrs. Moody

I am the Media Specialist at Palmetto Middle School.  In the past, I was an elementary school librarian, and I have taught kindergarten, first, and second grades.  I am a 2001 graduate of Palmetto High School.  I graduated from Anderson University in 2006 with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.  I then received my Gifted and Talented Endorsement and Masters of Education from Southern Wesleyan University in 2008.  I received my Masters of Library and Information Science from The University of South Carolina in 2016.  I live in Honea Path with my husband, Josh, and our sons: Jake and Graham.  I enjoy participating in the music program at Honea Path First Baptist Church, spending time with my family, going to the beach, and READING!  My hope is that each child of Palmetto Middle will leave the library knowing and experiencing more than when they first entered.
