I am committed to fostering a learning environment where all students feel challenged, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential, and I am excited to collaborate with the dedicated faculty, staff, and parents of Powdersville Elementary to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.”

“Mrs. Horn has a vision for excellence and passion to see all students and teachers succeed,” said incoming Superintendent Dr. Seth Young. “I am confident she will build on the momentum and continue to build on the tradition of excellence at Powdersville Elementary School!”
