If I want to get my high school diploma, what courses do I need?
No matter when you were originally set to graduate, you must complete the current graduation requirements (24 specific units). We will review your previous high school transcript to determine which ones you need. For more information, visit ed.sc.gov and search for high school diploma requirements.
How long will it take me to get my GED?
This is dependent on the student’s academic capabilities and his/her dedication to obtain the skills needed to pass all 4 parts. It could take weeks, months, or even more time in some cases. Students work at their own pace.
Is there an enrollment fee?
Yes, see the "Programs and Services" page for costs. If you have SNAP, let us know because it will help cover your fees.
