Part 3
The 7th grade girls are enjoying their trip to Atlanta. Their trip started at the College Football Hall of Fame, then to the World of Coke, and culminated with a sleepover at the Georgia Aquarium with fascinating behind the scenes lessons. They finish their trip today paying homage to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the King Center. Students have been studying the civil rights era in their ELA classes.
The boys will take their trip Thursday and Friday. More pics to come of that trip.

Tomorrow, Monday, January 13, out of an abundance of caution, all schools in Anderson School District One will operate on a 2-hour delay. All of the districts in Anderson County will also be on a delay along with our other neighboring districts. School buses will arrive at bus stops approximately 2 hours after their normal pick-up times tomorrow morning.
