Congratulations to our Patriot Prime team who ended their 2024 Season this weekend at the FIRST Peachtree Championship in Macon, GA, ranked 31st out of 98 teams in their district!! They also won their 3rd consecutive Rookie Inspiration Award! Could not be more proud of this Robotics team and sponsor, April Scott. Exciting news!! Our STUCO, Sponsor Breanna McAbee, PVHS student body, staff, parents, and community raised $20,026.67 for Shriners Children’s Hospital!! Our Patriot family did this in one week!! Our Patriot Prime Robotics Team ended 12th and became the 8th team alliance captain at this week’s North Charleston Competition! It’s very rare for a Rookie team to be a Captain. While the team unfortunately lost both of their playoff matches, they did win the Rookie Inspiration Award again and are currently ranked 24 out of 98 in the district! Proud of the Prime!!

Lees-McRae is getting not one but TWO fine Patriot Basketball players!! Today, both Caden Kreger and Nick Sweet signed to take it to the next level by playing with the Lees-McRae Bobcats next year. The Bobcat Basketball program just doubled in on court talent and court-side character, as both players’ coaches also praised them for their leadership, teamwork, and perseverance. Proud of you, Caden and Nick, and look forward to following your futures!
